General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Customer Information

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.kluecino.com , operated by Kluecino GbR , Kempener Straße 13, 50733 Cologne, Germany.
We only accept differing terms and conditions of the customer if we agree to them in writing.

Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Conclusion of contract:

  • The product presentation is not a legally binding offer , but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

  • By clicking on “Buy now” / “Order with obligation to pay”, you are submitting a binding purchase offer.

  • We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Confirmation of payment receipt does not yet constitute acceptance .

  • The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or delivering the goods .

  • In case of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to adjust or reject the order.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs

  • All prices include statutory VAT .

  • Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process .

  • The price at the time of ordering is decisive.

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes , which are the responsibility of the customer.

4th delivery

  • Delivery is available to all countries selectable at checkout.

  • International delivery: Europe, North/South America, Asia, Africa, Oceania.

  • Delivery times:

    • Germany: 2–5 working days

    • EU: 5–10 working days

    • International: 7–20 working days (depending on the destination country)

  • Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable.

  • Products that are not available will be cancelled immediately and any payments made will be refunded.

  • Shipping provider: DHL Paket GmbH or other specified partners.

5. Payment terms

Accepted payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland): Credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • PayPal (Europe) S.à rl, Luxembourg

  • Klarna Bank AB, Sweden: Invoice, installment or instant payment

  • Other (depending on the shop/Stripe): American Express, Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard, Union Pay, Visa

  • The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract .

  • We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received (§ 449 BGB).

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Cancellation policy:
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period: 14 days from receipt of goods

Cancellation is handled via the respective customer account on our shop homepage during the order process

Return:

  • The goods must be returned immediately, at the latest within 14 days.

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Exceptions: personalized products, sealed hygiene products that have been opened.

Repayment:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Warranty / Liability for Defects

  • Statutory warranty rights according to §§ 434 ff. BGB apply.

  • The right to subsequent performance (repair or defect-free replacement delivery) exists.

  • Further claims (for damages) only in cases of intent or gross negligence .

9. Liability

  • We are liable for slight negligence only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) , limited to foreseeable damage.

  • Disclaimers of liability do not apply to personal injury, product liability, or expressly guaranteed characteristics .

10. Data protection

  • Processing of personal data in accordance with the privacy policy .

  • Legal basis: Article 6 GDPR

  • Customer rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection.

11. Customer account

  • The account contains personal data, order history, and payment information.

  • Customers can have their account deleted at any time.

  • German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • Place of jurisdiction for businesses: Cologne, Germany ; for consumers: statutory.

  • Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
