Your return – explained simply

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The deadline begins on the day you received your order.
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please make sure the goods:

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount:

  • Within Germany: €5.90

  • Within Europe: €14.90

  • International: €19.99


1. Register for cancellation via your customer account

  • Log in with your email address.

  • You will receive a 6-digit code via email (please also check your spam folder).

  • Select the order that contains the item.

  • Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason for the return.


2. Received return label

Once we receive your request, we will review it carefully.

You will receive your return label via email.
Please be patient – ​​the review may take a few working days.

Important: Please do not send your package back until you have received your shipping label.


3. Prepare the article

Please make sure that:

  • the item is not damaged

  • You should use the original packaging if possible.

  • All accessories and labels are included.

This way we can process your return quickly.


4. Pack the package securely

  • Pack everything well and securely for transport.

  • It's best to use the box your order was delivered in.

  • Carefully seal the package.


5. Send the package

  • Affix the return label to your package in a clearly visible location.

  • Hand it in at the appropriate shipping point.

  • Please keep your receipt.

You can view the tracking number of your return at any time in your customer account.


6. Received a refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
